HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose the desired model on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders from our store are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. For international orders, transit takes an additional 1-2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.

It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the carrier's system. Sometimes the courier loses an order. If after a few days the tracking number is still not working, contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. For international orders, transit takes an additional 1-2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days (domestic) and 15 business days (international), contact us for immediate assistance.
